Terms and Conditions for $65 Flat Rate – No Surprise Charges
Scope: This pricing guarantee applies to residential snow removal services provided by Atlas Lawn and Snow in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
Standards: Each snow removal visit includes plowing or shoveling of driveways and walkways as agreed upon during service setup. Flat-rate pricing applies to standard residential driveways under 80 feet in length with accessible clearance.
Eligibility: Valid for homes with clear access and no major obstructions. Properties exceeding standard size or with additional service requests (e.g., salting, multiple driveways) may require a custom quote.
Resolution Process: If a client is charged more than $65 without a prior agreement or estimate, they are entitled to a full refund of the overage or a credit toward their next service.
Exclusions: Pricing guarantee does not apply to emergency call-outs, large commercial properties, or services requiring equipment not included in standard dispatch (e.g., heavy equipment for deep drifts).
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure driveways and walkways are accessible. Vehicles must be moved to allow full service. Repeat visits caused by partial clearance may incur additional charges.
Limitations: This guarantee ensures consistent pricing only. Add-on services or properties outside of standard criteria may be subject to individual estimates. Atlas reserves the right to adjust pricing for non-standard properties with prior customer approval.
