Terms and Conditions for Consistent, High-Quality Mowing Every Visit
Scope: This guarantee applies to all weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing services provided by Atlas Lawn and Snow for residential properties.
Standards: Each visit includes mowing, trimming, and blowing of grass clippings from hard surfaces. Equipment is regularly maintained to ensure optimal performance and clean, even cuts.
Eligibility: Applies to properties on a recurring service plan where lawn conditions allow standard mowing procedures. Does not apply to one-time, emergency, or neglected lawn services.
Resolution Process: If the service does not meet our quality standards, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the visit. A team will be dispatched within 5 business days to correct the issue at no extra charge.
Exclusions: Guarantee does not apply to lawns overgrown beyond normal length, obstructed areas, or extreme weather conditions that prevent standard mowing procedures.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must maintain access to gates, remove obstacles from lawns, and notify us of any concerns within the 48-hour window.
Limitations: Guarantee applies only to mowing-related services and not to other aspects like fertilization, edging style preferences, or natural grass growth patterns.
