Terms and Conditions for Only Professional-Grade Lawn Products Used
Scope: This guarantee applies to all fertilization and weed control treatments offered by Atlas Lawn and Snow.
Standards: All products used meet or exceed industry standards and are selected based on soil condition, turf type, and seasonal timing. We apply each product according to manufacturer specifications and state/local regulations.
Eligibility: Guarantee applies to all clients receiving individual lawn treatment services or subscribing to a fertilization program. Not valid for spot-treatment or customer-supplied product requests.
Resolution Process: If a customer believes a product used was substandard or ineffective, Atlas Lawn and Snow will provide a follow-up inspection and treatment at no additional cost—provided the issue is reported within 7 days of service.
Exclusions: Does not apply to lawns affected by improper watering, mowing, or environmental conditions beyond our control (e.g., drought, flooding, pet damage).
Customer Responsibilities: Clients must follow recommended aftercare instructions such as watering schedules and mowing delays to support product effectiveness.
Limitations: Guarantee ensures the use of professional-grade materials only. It does not guarantee complete eradication of all weeds or overnight transformation—most results appear within 7–10 days and improve over multiple treatments.
