Terms and Conditions for Prompt Response After Snowfall
Scope: This guarantee applies to residential snow removal services by Atlas Lawn and Snow for clients enrolled in our seasonal snow plan or approved per-visit list in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
Standards: Our teams begin dispatching snow removal routes within hours of qualifying snowfall events (typically 2″ or more). Priority is based on scheduling and regional snowfall totals.
Eligibility: Applies to customers who have pre-scheduled service or opted into our snow removal notification system. Last-minute requests may not qualify for guaranteed dispatch windows.
Resolution Process: If your snow removal is not completed within 24 hours of the storm ending and you’ve met eligibility criteria, you may request a complimentary follow-up visit or service credit.
Exclusions: Major storms, road closures, equipment delays, or backlogged emergency routes may delay service beyond standard windows. Weather unpredictability may affect response times.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must confirm service enrollment and provide updated contact information for dispatch alerts. Driveways and walkways must be free of barriers or debris.
Limitations: This guarantee provides reasonable assurance of prompt service under standard operating conditions. Severe weather, hazardous conditions, or access issues may limit response time.
