Terms and Conditions for Satisfaction Guaranteed – We’ll Make It Right
Scope: This guarantee applies to all services delivered by Atlas Lawn and Snow, including lawn mowing, snow removal, fertilization, and seasonal cleanup, for residential clients in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
Standards: All work is performed with attention to detail, professionalism, and to meet or exceed the standards communicated at the time of quoting. Customers are encouraged to review services upon completion.
Eligibility: This guarantee applies to all direct residential clients who notify us of a concern within 72 hours of service completion.
Resolution Process: If you’re not satisfied with the results, simply contact us. We will review the concern and, if valid, return to re-perform or adjust the work at no additional cost. Any rework will be scheduled within 5 business days based on availability.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover:
Subjective preferences not communicated in advance (e.g., mowing height, trimming detail)
Damage not directly caused by our services
Concerns raised beyond 72 hours after service
Customer Responsibilities:
Report any dissatisfaction within 72 hours
Provide clear feedback and access to the property for any rework
Limitations: This guarantee applies only to the specific service in question. It does not extend to unrelated issues or subsequent services not covered in the original agreement.
