Terms and Conditions for Show Up or It’s Free Guarantee
Scope: This guarantee applies to all standard lawn mowing services provided by Atlas Lawn and Snow for residential properties in Fort Wayne and surrounding service areas.
Standards: All scheduled mowing visits are booked and confirmed through our dispatch and customer communication system. A missed visit is defined as one where Atlas Lawn and Snow fails to arrive on the scheduled day without providing prior notice or rescheduling due to weather or operational delays.
Eligibility: The “Show Up or It’s Free” Guarantee is valid for all recurring lawn mowing clients (weekly or bi-weekly packages). It applies only to active customers with current accounts in good standing.
Resolution Process: If a mowing visit is missed without notice, customers should report the issue to our team within 48 hours via phone or email. Once verified, the next scheduled mow will be delivered at no cost.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to missed visits due to:
Inclement weather
Holidays and pre-notified schedule changes
Gated yards where access was denied
Customer rescheduling or cancellation
Delays communicated in advance by Atlas Lawn and Snow
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must report the missed visit within 48 hours and ensure access to the lawn is available. If the yard was not accessible or locked at the scheduled time, the guarantee will not apply.
Limitations: This guarantee applies only to the next mowing service and cannot be redeemed as a cash refund or applied to other services. It is limited to one free mow per service season per client.
Atlas Lawn and Snow reserves the right to revise or discontinue this guarantee with 30 days’ notice.
