Terms and Conditions for Tailored Quotes for Every Yard or Project
Scope: This guarantee applies to all residential services provided by Atlas Lawn and Snow, including lawn mowing, snow removal, seasonal cleanups, and fertilization treatments.
Standards: All estimates are customized based on in-person or satellite-based assessments, taking into account square footage, number of trees, accessibility, and special requests. Quotes will include a clear breakdown of services and associated fees.
Eligibility: This guarantee applies to all new and existing residential clients in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
Resolution Process: If a customer believes their quote does not accurately reflect the scope of their yard or service, they may request a review. Atlas Lawn and Snow will reassess and revise the quote as needed.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to services requested on the spot without prior estimate, or when property access is obstructed during the quote process (e.g., locked gates, snow-covered areas).
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate property details and ensure clear access for quoting, or submit photos as requested for remote assessments.
Limitations: This guarantee ensures quote customization only. It does not imply price matching with competitors or override material costs, add-ons, or required surcharges as disclosed in our pricing guide.
