Terms and Conditions for Trimmed Edges and Clean Finishing Touches
Scope: This guarantee applies to all recurring lawn mowing services provided by Atlas Lawn and Snow for residential properties.
Standards: Trimming includes maintaining clean edges along sidewalks, driveways, fences, and around landscaping features using professional-grade tools. While formal edging is reserved for spring cleanup services, trimming maintains a neat appearance between edge treatments.
Eligibility: Applies to all customers receiving weekly or bi-weekly mowing service. Not applicable to properties with overgrown vegetation, obstructed access, or surfaces not visible due to debris or weather conditions.
Resolution Process: If you notice areas left untrimmed or uneven, contact us within 48 hours of service. A crew will return to address the issue at no additional charge within 5 business days.
Exclusions: Does not include precision edging, deep bed definition, or re-establishing overgrown hard lines unless included as part of spring or fall cleanup services.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide access to all mowing areas and remove large debris or obstacles prior to service.
Limitations: This guarantee focuses solely on trimming services that accompany standard mowing. Advanced or specialty edge work may require additional scheduling and cost.
